Sensei Chris Meece

Chris started training in 1983 at the age of 10, initially taking classes for self defense due to his small stature at the time. Chris currently works at Lexmark in Lexington, Ky. In his spare time Chris enjoys ballroom, Latin, and swing dancing; spending time with his niece Sydney, geocaching (hiking); and is a semi-professional magician.
